Responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager will include, but not limited to:

•  Communicating with customers and field technicians

•  Ensure project and equipment safety procedures are followed

•  Assist with scheduling personnel and equipment to field projects

•  Assist arranging the project logistics (fuel, air fare, lodging, equipment transport, rental equipment)

•  Assist in setting up projects and preparing project field information

•  Analyze field reports and data

•  Review field expense reports

•  After hours phone support for field technicians

•  Assist with project billing using Project Sign-Off sheets

•  Monitor Electronic Logging of commercial drivers hours of service and trip reports

•  Coordinate equipment moves to the field with transport companies



•  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

•  Organized, Adaptable and Flexible

•  Understanding of Basic Mechanics

•  Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet searching

•  Two years with a construction or transportation company or similar experience
